As an real estate investor and developer, Landsec is exposed to both risk and opportunity from climate change. To address this, we made a public commitment to implementing the recommendations of the TCFD, wihch led to research, financial modelling and scenario analysis, and resulted in financial reporting against the TCFD recommendations in our 2018 and 2019 Annual Reports.
