This report summarises practical lessons and resources for physical climate risk analysis in finance as the result of a 3-year collaboration between climate experts and financial institutions for the ClimINVEST European research project. It explains how 4 major challenges were partly addressed in the project: the tragedy of the horizon; the black box of climate services; data accessibility; the quantification of financial impacts. It also formulates priority next steps of action for financial actors and their stakeholders.
